Demonstrator(s): This month we welcome a founding member of the club, Bonnie Klein.
She will be discussing cutting theory while turning her signature piece, the Spin Top Box. In the process
she will combining a spinning top, a threaded box, and chatter work.
An accomplish turner for over 20 years, Bonnie has explored unusual materials such as bone, plastic, tagua nuts, and aluminum. Frequently her pieces include ornamental turning. Her commitment to turning is shown in the many hours she has volunteered introducing woodturning to kids.
